I am starting a new creative journey in Bible Journaling. I know that this isn’t for everyone, but it is for me and I wanted to share it here on my blog. Below, you will find my very first Bible Journaling Page that I created using the newly released “Treasures” stamp set from Joy Clair Stamps. I will be posting more Bible Journaling Pages in the future as well and have created a new Playlist on my YouTube Channel where you will find all the videos!
For the full written tutorial, please head over to the Joy Clair Stamps Blog!!
I love looking at other’s Bible Journaling Pages online and I think they are absolutely gorgeous, however, I really wanted to bring my own style into my journal which is why you will find, the majority of my pages will be of a more clean and simple design. I am also no artist or hand letterer, which is why I am really enjoying the Color by Faith line of stamps from Joy Clair Stamps. (Yes I design for them, however, I’d be buying these stamps myself regardless!) These stamp sets are put together so well! You can choose to use them next to the verses included in the stamp sets, or you can use them on any other page that might be speaking to you. I will also be using these stamps on cards as well!
The “Treasures” set I used on my journaling page today has so many wonderful images, including the treasure chest featured in the photo above. I could see this stamp set, not only being used in your bible journaling, but also on a treasure map card, all I need to do is stamp a different sentiment!
As you can see in the photo above, I used these stamps in Matthew 6:19-21. However, as I have been reading through verses, I know I will be pulling this set out often!
I am really enjoying my journey into Bible Journaling and I hope you all enjoyed the video tutorial above. As I said above, I will be sharing more Bible Journaling tutorials in the future as well!
