Today, I’ve created a fun shaker card using the newly released Mermaid Lagoon Stamp Set. I have truly loved all of the new release stamp sets, and this one is no exception! The images are so adorable and have so many cute details that were just waiting to be colored! You can watch the full video tutorial below for all the details on how I put my card together!

Here are a few close up photos of my finished card! Along with the brand new Mermaid Lagoon Stamp Set I also used the new Ocean Border Dies for that great coral border! For the frame and inlay, I pulled out one of my all time favorite die sets, the Fancy Frame Dies and the Flag Banner Dies.

One of my favorite ways to color in the backgrounds on my scenes, is to use Distress Inks because they are so vibrant, coloful, and quick to lay down! On this particular card, I also add some spritzes of Shimmer Mist to make the backgrounds sparkle and shine.
