Let’s Make an Easter Card

All this month, in the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps shop, Easter and Spring stamps are on sale! While you can still grab them in time for Easter and on while they are on sale, I want to share another fun Easter card with you using some of these gorgeous stamps. Earlier this month, I also shared a few more Easter cards and you can check those out HERE! And to see my easy DIY Easter card for today, be sure to watch the video tutorial down below!

This card is really simple, but I absolutely love it! I started with die cutting a cover plate die. I’ve actually used this die to make three foiled Christmas cards, you can view that HERE, but I really wanted to try and use this die for different seasons as well! To make this fit more a spring theme ink blended a very soft, pastel background onto the card base. This added a pop of color behind the cover plate die cut once I overlaid it!

I adore the Crosses with Lillies stamp that I used on my card today! After stamping it down onto white card stock with brown dye ink, I colored the image with a new to me colored pencil set (which I’ll be reviewing soon!). After fussy cutting the stamped image, I added it onto a vellum die cut and attached the entire panel to the card base to finish the outside of the card.

And because I couldn’t leave it, I went ahead and added a little something to the inside of the card as well! I used second generation stamping to stamp the same image on the inside of the card base along with a Happy Easter sentiment!

This super simple Easter card has got to be one of my favorites! And if you still need some more inspiration for Easter, check out my last post for Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps where I used the same stamps for two different looks! Check it out here!

If you are in the market for any of the stamps I used today there’s good news! They are on sale until the end of this month, so be sure to grab them while you can save!! I’ve listed and linked all the products I’ve used today so you can find them easily!

Until next time, Happy Crafting!!
