Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps New Release Blog Hop

Hi everyone! Who’s ready for the new release from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps?? Today, Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps is releasing 28 new stamps and I’m sharing two projects using the new Viney Wreath stamp!

This new stamp is sure to be one I use often and although I didn’t use them today, it has a few coordinating stamps that can be used to dress up the wreath! Be sure to hop along with the rest of the design team and you’ll see more fun ways to use these stamps! But before you do that, watch the video tutorial below to see how to make cards with see through sentiments!

The new Viney Wreath stamp is so versatile, I couldn’t decide whether to make a fall or winter card with it. I decided to take the same exact card design and make two cards for each season. And you could take this design and make it for any holiday/season you need! Like I said, it’s a really versatile stamp!

To complete each card, I paired the Viney Wreath with some of Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps other stamps that in the shop. For the Fall themed card I used the “For All Our Blessings” sentiment stamp in the center of the wreath. And the background is one large stamp, “Thankful”, that I repeatedly stamped over and over.

The winter themed card is put together in exactly the same way, I only switched up the stamps. For the sentiment I used the “Christmas Greetings Writing” stamp, and the background was stamped with “Pine Branch” stamp.

Each sentiment, while it appears on the front of the card, is actually stamped on the inside of the card base. I LOVE using this technique! It adds a little something to the inside of your cards!! All I had to do was die cut a circle in both the panel and card front. Then, with my MISTI, I stamped the sentiment inside the circles onto the card base. And to pull the entire card design together, I added a bit of ink blending to the edges of both card bases and the wreath panels, too! All that was left to do was line up the die cut circles and attach the panel!
